Creating a broad family-skiing image library during a focused one-day production within an active ski resort.
Commissioned by Richter7 for Park City Mountain Resort, this selected edit focuses on the on-mountain portion of a broader two-day assignment. Developed with creative direction from the agency and resort, the objective was to introduce High Meadow Park, showcase beginner terrain and family ski lessons, and reinforce Park City’s appeal as a family destination.
With lifts and terrain open to guests, a compact stills-and-motion team moved between setups on skis with minimal equipment, working primarily with available light and around normal mountain operations. Alongside professional family talent and a Park City ski instructor, we captured chairlift rides, active instruction, equipment adjustments, action on the mountain, candid interactions, and a mid-lesson hot chocolate break.
The resulting library combined scenic context, close action, authentic family interaction, and quieter supporting moments for use across the resort’s website and ongoing marketing materials.
